City of West Hollywood Seismic Retrofit Grant Program


**Important Information**

 

This program is scheduled to conclude at the end of the current grant period (end of 2026), as FEMA has confirmed that additional funding and extensions will not be available to continue this grant program. 

 

*Applications for Phase 1 Construction Grants are currently still available and will remain open until September 1, 2026. Applications must be complete with all required information and documentation prior to this date.

 

*NEW Phase 2 Construction Grant applications will no longer be accepted as of 02/03/2026.

 

* All applications currently in the system for Phase 1 and Phase 2 will continue to be reviewed and evaluated according to program criteria, provided all required information is submitted and program requirements are met.
